FAQs​​

• A 50% Non-refundable deposit is required to book and secure your setup date. 

• Bookings are not confirmed until deposit has been sent. 

• The 50% balance is due 48 hours prior to your appointment. 

• For hotel room setup, please a key at the front desk in my name prior to my arrival. You must be checked in prior to my arrival, I am unable to check in for you. 

• If you have an Air BnB, please arrange for entry. 

• Zelle and Cashapp are accepted.

Last Minute Bookings

• Bookings less than 3 days in advance will result in a Rush Fee.

• 3 or less Days Prior $50

• Same Day Booking $100

• There are no deposits for last minute bookings.  Payment must be made in full.

Late Policies

• If full payment is not made 48 hours before setup, a $20 late fee charge will be added.  If full payment has not been made prior to day of setup, your booking will be cancelled. 

• If you are more than 30 minutes late, your booking will be cancelled. (Please let me know if you are running late so arrangements can be made).

• Cancellations made within 48 hours can be rescheduled. 

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours will be cancelled and deposits will not be refunded.
